Complaints, feedback, appeals and suggestions

At Peak, we believe in an open and honest approach. Whilst the management tries not to negatively impact our clan experience, we understand some people may have complaints about specific staff members, our policies, or something else entirely. We have a complaint system (currently in development) that will allow complaints to be made about staff members, with full anonymity. You can even raise a complaint about the server owner, and that'll be independently reviewed by the other staff, without his visibility.
